Once your order and payment are confirmed, we send your complete customisation details to the factory.
Your doll is individually manufactured according to your selected body, head and custom options. Production normally takes approximately 2–3 weeks.
When your doll is complete, we will send you factory photos so you can check the finished order before shipping.
Once you approve the factory photos, the doll is prepared and packed for international shipping. Changes cannot normally be made after the shipment process has begun.
Your doll is shipped directly from the factory to your delivery address by international air freight. Tracking information will be provided once available.
International shipping and customs clearance normally take approximately 2 weeks, although delivery may take longer depending on the customs clearance process and your location.
Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
