About Zelex
Zelex is a leading silicone and TPE doll manufacturer, founded in 2017, producing over 1,000 Zelex dolls per month from their dedicated 3,000m² facility in Zhongshan, China. Their in-house design team, spanning 3D sculpting, mold-making, and hair/makeup styling, includes artists with backgrounds in wax figure making, combining traditional sculpting craft with modern 3D modeling techniques.
The result is a Zelex doll built for realism: fine skin texture, natural facial expression, and soft, lifelike body detail. Zelex also maintains strict control over its authorised dealers, and Sex Doll Australia is proud to be one, helping protect the quality and reputation of the brand.
Inspiration Series
Inspiration Series 1.0 Features
The Zelex Inspiration Series of silicone dolls combines realistic detailing with advanced features designed to improve realism, durability and customisation.
The series introduces an enhanced realistic mouth structure with a movable jaw, softer breast construction and naturally kneadable buttocks developed using 3D scanning and 3D printing technology. Selected models (Insert Vagina option) also feature a replaceable labia system, providing additional flexibility and customisation.
Zelex has also introduced an improved colour-sealing process designed to increase the durability of the head and body finish, helping preserve the doll’s makeup and realistic detailing for longer.
Inspiration Series 2.0 Features
The Zelex Inspiration Series 2.0 builds on the original Inspiration Series with several refinements designed to further improve realism in both appearance and feel.
The 2.0 update introduces more detailed body makeup and enhanced skin texture, creating greater depth, subtle colour variation and more natural-looking skin details. Internal vaginal and anal canals have also been upgraded with a softer material composition.
Zelex also refined the hand structure to provide more natural finger positioning and posing, helping create more lifelike poses and a more realistic overall appearance.

One of the greatest strengths of the Zelex Inspiration Series is its extensive level of customisation, giving you the freedom to bring your dream doll to life.
Through Zelex’s “ZELEXCLUSIVE” tailor-made service, the Inspiration Series offers an impressive 30 customisation categories and 132 available options, covering a wide range of appearance, body and feature choices.
Zelex can also provide custom face makeup at no additional cost, allowing the appearance to be further personalised to your preferences. Please consult us prior to purchase if you would like to request custom makeup so we can confirm your requirements with Zelex.

Inspiration Series Body Ranges
The Zelex Inspiration Series is available in five different body types, offering a selection of heights, proportions and body shapes to choose from. Each body incorporates the signature Inspiration Series detailing and realistic silicone finish.
- Inspiration Series Head Ranges -
The Zelex Inspiration Series offers both movable jaw and non-movable jaw heads, allowing customers to choose based on their preferred appearance and features.
Non-movable jaw heads are available in two options: soft silicone with a standard oral canal, or hard silicone with superior makeup detailing for maximum facial realism.
Movable jaw heads feature Zelex’s full oral structure, adding more detailed internal mouth construction and natural jaw movement.
SLE Collection
The Zelex SLE Collection was developed as an alternative to Zelex’s traditional full-silicone range, using a proprietary silicone-based elastomer material designed to combine a soft, realistic feel with excellent durability.
SLE stands for Safe, Less-vinyl, Elastomer, reflecting Zelex’s focus on creating a soft, durable and non-toxic material for its SLE dolls.

SLE 2.0
SLE 2.0 introduced an improved material formula designed to provide greater durability and resistance to cracking compared with the original SLE material.
Importantly, these improvements were achieved while retaining the softness and elasticity that define the SLE Series, providing a more durable material without sacrificing its realistic feel.
SLE 3.0
SLE 3.0 introduces a major evolution of the SLE Series, focusing on reduced weight, enhanced softness, improved durability and easier handling.
The updated construction reduces body weight by approximately 3–4 kg across the range, while a fully soft inner core creates a more natural, lifelike feel. The intimate areas also use specially softened material for improved softness and a more realistic experience.
SLE 3.0 further introduces reinforced silicone for improved tear resistance, a more flexible joint system for smoother movement, and studless standing feet for a cleaner, more natural appearance.

SLE 3.0 - Body Ranges
The Zelex SLE Collection is available in a wide range of heights, body shapes and bust sizes, offering options from petite and slim figures through to fuller and more curvaceous body types.
SLE bodies combine the series’ signature soft, elastic material and detailed body sculpting with realistic skin texture and anatomical detailing. Newer SLE 3.0 bodies also benefit from reduced weight, a softer inner construction and improved durability.
Love Hole Placement (LHP) Details
Love Hole Placement (LHP) indicates the position and angle of the intimate opening on a sex doll body. Placement varies between body models due to differences in body shape, proportions and design.
The diagrams below show the LHP configuration available for each Zelex SLE body model.
SLE Head Ranges
All Zelex SLE heads feature a movable jaw, designed to add greater realism and provide more natural mouth positioning. SLE heads are available in both White and Tan skin tones, allowing them to be matched with the corresponding SLE body.
Selected SLE head models are also available with implanted hair. For these models, the implanted hairstyle and hair colour are pre-selected by Zelex and supplied as pictured.
For customers purchasing a fully customised SLE doll, additional head customisation is available as part of the complete doll configuration. The skin tone can also be matched to Zelex Inspiration Series skin tones if desired, providing greater flexibility when combining SLE and Inspiration Series options.
Fully customised SLE dolls are made to order and shipped directly from Zelex.
SLE Torso
SLE Torso Features
Zelex SLE Torso dolls offer a lighter and more compact alternative to a full-size doll, making them easier to handle, clean, store and transport. Made from Zelex’s soft SLE material, they retain realistic body contours and detailed skin texture while significantly reducing overall size and weight.
SLE Torso models can also be paired with an SLE head or an Inspiration Series head, providing much of the appearance and functionality of a full-size doll in a smaller, more manageable format. They are a particularly good option for first-time buyers, customers with limited storage space, or anyone who prefers a lighter and easier-to-handle doll.

The range includes different body configurations, including torso models with full arms and hands for greater visual realism, as well as models with thighs extending towards the knees for a more complete body shape while remaining compact.

K-Series
The Zelex K-Series is a Korean-inspired premium range developed by Zelex in collaboration with a professional Korean creative team. The body proportions, head designs, makeup and styling have been created with a distinctive Korean aesthetic, while incorporating many of Zelex’s latest technologies.
K-Series Features
The K-Series combines ultra-lightweight construction with an ultra-soft inner core, softened vaginal and anal canals, super-soft gel breasts and the upgraded Gel Butt 2.0 for a softer and more realistic feel. It also features Zelex’s latest reinforced EXP skeleton, articulated finger and toe bones, and detailed full-body skin texturing.
Special attention has also been given to LHP (Love Hole Placement), with positioning designed around realistic body proportions. K-Series heads feature Zelex’s newer movable jaw system, allowing the mouth to close more naturally for improved facial realism.

K-Series Customisation
The Zelex K-Series comes with an impressive selection of premium features as standard, including the EXP Skeleton, softened inner core, softened vaginal and anal canals, movable jaw, Gel Butt 2.0 and articulated toe joints.
K-Series models also offer most of the extensive customisation options available with the Inspiration Series, allowing you to personalise the appearance and features of your doll.
A small number of Inspiration Series options are currently exclusive to that collection and are not offered with the K-Series. These include the New Insertable Vagina and implanted hair, eyebrows and eyelashes when combined with the Soft Head with Movable Jaw option.
