Showroom Appointment Policy
Our showroom appointments are view to buy experiences and are reserved for genuine buyers who are ready to choose and purchase.
Preparation Required
All dolls are stored safely in boxes to prevent dust, aging, and damage, so they are not all on display. You cannot turn up to “see what’s there” on the day.
Dolls involve many combinations such as body type, skin tone, head, eyes, wigs, and options. Because of this, appointments cannot be conducted on a “I’ll decide when I get there” basis.
Arriving without a clear pre selected preference makes the appointment unworkable and will result in an unsuccessful visit.
Before booking, you must let us know your preferred doll, or up to a maximum of three dolls in order of preference. If you only have one favourite, only that one should be provided. This allows us to prepare only what is required and ensure your visit runs smoothly.
Luxury Products Only
We stock authentic, luxury grade silicone dolls from premium manufacturers such as Zelex.
Many dolls advertised online at unusually low prices are counterfeit or bait and switch listings that use stolen photos of premium brands. These are not comparable to the products you will view in our showroom.
We kindly ask that any price comparisons be made with other verified luxury retailers, not counterfeit sellers.
Appointments and Contact Details
All visits are strictly by confirmed appointment only.
A valid phone number is required prior to booking. Appointments will not be confirmed without one.
This allows us to contact you if you are delayed, need directions, or in the event you do not arrive as scheduled.
Payment and Privacy
EFTPOS is available onsite.
Card charges are discreet and do not reference any revealing business name or products.
Not in Victoria? No worries! Even though it’s hard to make the trip for those outside Victoria, we can still emulate the same experience via photos and videos of what is in stock for you so its almost like attending a showroom visit. Once you have decided we send nationwide covering all parts of Australia.

Our showroom is private appointment only and requires a booking prior. All appointments require the customer to provide name and phone number to secure the booking.
Monday to Friday
Daytime session: 9am – 5pm
Afterwork session: 6pm – 9pm
Saturday & Sunday
Daytime session: 10am – 3pm
